These terms govern use of the Arriselect Atelier website and our design studio services.

Services

We provide professional design consultation, concept development, and specification documents. Construction, fabrication, and installation are performed by licensed third parties unless agreed in writing.

Quotes and payment

Written proposals are valid for 30 days. A deposit (typically 40%) is due on commission. Concept work begins after deposit receipt. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

Intellectual property

Concept drawings and plans remain our property until final payment. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables for the specified project.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for contractor delays or force majeure events.
